Unleashed is a great friends turned to lovers story. Under a certain circumstances, Evan and Kelsey flew to Hawaii. After all the roller coaster of emotions they both have been dealing for the past few months, they both deserve this trip. But at the same time, it opens up the chances to re-evaluating their life and their feelings towards each other.
These two have been best friends since way back in college. They have been fallen apart since Kelsey got married and when Evan was engaged. When all of those feelings that are kept for so long, breaks free, it was intense. The sex is off the charts. They finally have felt freedom in showing how much or how they really felt to one another without the what ifs. But Kelsey thought, it was because they were in paradise and not in real world. Though Evan showed her how he felt, there was no words exchange neither promises.
An emergency brought them back to the real world and afraid of overstepping or over assuming with their situation, Kelsey said something that made Evan upset, hurt and heartbroken.
What I love is that, Kelsey is willing to do everything to redeem herself. She knows that is her problem and is working on correcting them. Made the first step in reconciling Evan and made sure that Evan will face it and no option but to take her and understand her why that all happened.
It was a really sweet romantic story. And sexy too – that is for sure!
